As a leading international law firm with strong dispute resolution expertise our client is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to work as a team leader and oversee a team of paralegals in Leeds as well as working with the wider electronic data management team. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship to drive excellence in legal representation.
Develop and implement best practices for electronic data management, including e-discovery protocols, data preservation strategies, and document review processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors to leverage technology and streamline electronic data workflows.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in electronic discovery tools and techniques, and incorporate them into the firm's practices.
Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience in litigation, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong background in electronic data management, with a focus on e-discovery, data analytics, and document review platforms.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
