- What you will be doing
We have an exciting role working as a National Accounts Executive within a key National Accounts team, supporting in all business functions and categories, with particular focus on reporting and CDC Audits.
- In this role you will be the first point of contact for the NAM team for all reporting and you will maintain a detailed knowledge and insight of the operations and internal processes. This will enable support across all functions.
- You will Complete all CDC audits working closely with the National Operations Manager. This also includes prework and follow up work to ensure ongoing successful audits.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Ensuring all reports are accurate and received on time
- Providing exceptionally high quality support, analysis, and accurate reporting on all KPIs
- Supporting the Team with weekly and monthly meeting packs
- A full end to end understanding of all KPIs across all functions with particular focus on the operational metrics
- Supporting the Team as required across all functions and categories with reporting and administration tasks to ensure minimum lead times and Service Levels are met
- Ensuring customer engagement and contractual requirements are maintained.

- Extremely competent in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams
- Requirement for strong numerical and analytical skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to deadlines, managing ones own timeline effectively
- Must be customer focused with ability to liaise with both customer and internal stakeholders
