A fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business who are leaders in their industry.Joining a busy team as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers, providing knowledge and support on products.
The role will include:
- Leading the customer journey from time of enquiry through to after sales support
- Seek solutions to problems related to orders and sales efforts
- Point of contact for inbound enquiries
We are looking for:
- Be able to make decisions and take initiative
- Ability and knowledge to deliver strong customer service
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Suite and be competent with CRM and ecommerce platforms
- A strong team player

£26,000 - £28,000
Contract:
Full Time, Month contract
Location:
Camberley (hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
