    Teqniq is searching for *Care Managers* to work in the public sector.3 months contract.

    Shifts.*Job Description:*~~CARE ASSISTANTS MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18~~\*Any agency worker working in any of Lancashire County Council's care homes must bring with them their physical DBS certificate and Photo ID to show to the Care Home Manager upon arrival of their first shift.

    If this is not provided, the worker may be turned away from their shift.\*\*\*\
    • Suppliers must upload the Candidates copy of the CRB and do so in a manner that is compliant with the Data protection Act. THIS MUST BE UPLOADED AS ONE DOCUMENT.

      All Suppliers must complete a CRB every 12 months, and should not under any circumstances, rely upon a previous CRB check carried out on behalf of another agency.

      Agencies must upload references covering no less than 5 years including references from current, or most recent employer ( with any gaps fully explained).

      Suppliers must upload a copy of professional registrations (Where Applicable).

      Suppliers must upload a copy of GSCC registration taken as a screenshot from the GSCC website, (if applicable to the requirements of the order).

      Suppliers must upload Photo Identification (Passport) which is only visible once the Client has chosen the worker in post. \\\Role holders will undertake a range of routine procedures and use associated tools and equipment. Some personal initiative may be required.Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesThe following are a range of duties that are appropriate to this grade. The Operational Context Form will specify duties appropriate for the role.
    • Solve straightforward problems; or
    • Exchange routine information with members of the public; or
    • Carefully use expensive equipment; or
    • Handle and process information; or
    • Instruct, and check the work of, others; or
    • Personal care tasks such as theadministration of prescribed medication or the provision of support to passengers who require physical or medical intervention.Skills, knowledge and experience
    • Experience or the ability to demonstrate the competence to carry out of the job.
    • Possession of, or the ability to demonstrate the capability to gain, relevant certificates of competence or equivalent where applicable.
    • The ability to work without close supervision.
