    As the Project Manager (Brand), you will be at the forefront of brand strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our luxury brands.

    As a Project Manager for their fashion brands, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the brand's operations, including production, sales, supply chain, and creative and design processes.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with the brand's vision and standards.


    Project Planning and Execution:
    Develop and maintain detailed project plans for various fashion-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Collaborate with department heads of product, digital, logistics, merchandising and finance to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
    Act as a liaison between marketing (influencer, pr), sales, supply chain, creative, digital, and design teams as well as finance, operations and fashion/merchandising, fostering effective communication and collaboration


    Budget and Resource Management:
    Manage project budgets, including resource allocation, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Optimize resource utilization while maintaining quality standards.

    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure all products and creative outputs meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Implement quality control processes and corrective actions as needed.
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Continuously assess project risks and take proactive steps to prevent issues.

    Create Operational dashboards and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, achievements, and challenges.

    Ideally worked in a brand that is around $10-20m revenue (any other experience is a plus)
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

    Proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in the fashion industry) with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.

    Strong knowledge of fashion production processes, supply chain management, and creative/design concepts is a plus.
    Proficiency in Agile and/or Prince 2 is a plus.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
