Your New Role


You will be working closely with your manager within the Subscriber Acquisition Creative Strategy EMEA team, supporting them with various projects and initiatives across Europe.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • Support the production process of digital creative assets.
  • Work closely with Creative /Acquisition/ Partnerships/ Media investment teams to deliver ads creative.
  • Monitor and maintain essential documents (specs, process, workflow, best practice, taxonomy)
  • Manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking.
  • Quality Control assets for specs, dimensions, and file formats.
  • Analyse data and create reports of digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with Creative team/ACQ team/Global buying team to populate the feed and communicate with internal teams to streamline workflow and asset delivery.
  • Supporting the broader subscriber acquisition on projects to help development & learning.

Qualifications & Experience
-
You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2022.

  • Handson with a proactive, cando attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Knowledge of digital creative assets: specs, best practice, creative guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting data.
  • Experience in Dynamic creative optimization tools such as Smartly, Google Web Designer or DCO feed management is a plus.
  • Passion for entertainment, streaming and media landscape.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing ecosystem, working with channels such as Social, Display, YouTube, Search, Native and Discovery is a plus.

The Internship...

  • Salary: £27,000
Contract Length: 12 months

  • Start Date: Likely to be 9th September 202
  • You will gain handson experience working on businesscritical projects.

Next Steps

  • Stage 3: Prerecorded video interviews via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in April.
  • Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.
