    About the Role

    Lead, develop and deliver the management of hostel and the operational delivery of the temporary accommodation dispersed homelessness properties. Delivering support to enable vulnerable families to break the cycle of homelessness and sustain future tenancies.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Experience, knowledge and understanding of homelessness legislation
    • Management and delivery of a high-quality service providing housing related support
    • Make clear decisions on complex issues
    • Performance manage a team to achieve top quality performance
    • Able to work collaboratively and communicate at all levels
    • Negotiation, project management and budgetary skills
