Responsibilities

• Capture the daily hustle and bustle of our operations, from business meetings and product installations to team collaborations and site visits.
• Use your creative spark to edit footage into engaging videos that align with our mission and values.
• Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative content strategies.
• Efficiently manage our video library, ensuring easy access to content for internal teams.
• Be prepared to travel to various sites, capturing the critical work we do in real-time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a portfolio that shines a light on your skills.
• Expert knowledge of video editing software and essential videography equipment.
• A creative mind that can weave together raw footage into a captivating video narrative.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as the role demands.

Based primarily at our head office in Banbury, this role will require flexibility in working hours and location. Travelling will be a fundamental aspect of the role.

Location & Work Arrangement:

This videographer position boasts a hybrid work structure, expertly combining the best of office-based and remote work.

The role is primarily located in our Banbury office, allowing for easy collaboration and hands-on involvement with our dynamic team.

However, we understand and value the need for flexibility in the modern workplace.

As such, you'll also have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home or any remote location as per project requirements or personal preference.

Travel is an essential aspect of this role.

To truly capture the essence of our work, you'll occasionally venture to our various customer sites and project locations scattered throughout the UK.

This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the diverse environments we work with and to tell compelling stories through your lens.
