We are a Software development company based in Epsom seeking someone to join our team and help with administration support.
Our clients range from PLC's in UK to International businesses with offices worldwide. Our new client base is primarily International so you will be exposed to many cultures and languages.Key areas of responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist with invoice preparation and chasing payments.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Positive and proactive 'cando' attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience of and comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible organisation.
- Able to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently and work with multiple conflicting priorities.
- Selfmotivated and uses initiative.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary:
£12.00 per hour

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
