My client based in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol (BS32) are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join their team.
The position is to start immediately and is on a temporary to permanent basis. The perm salary is up to £24,000

The hours are Monday-Friday, full time hours and the role is office based.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Pricing, raising and checking quotations.
  • Acting as first point of contact to both internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure the satisfactory completion of quotations/order process.
  • Build relationships with internal department.
  • Processing Sales Order
  • Building, managing and supporting relationships with suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Working to timescales and deadlines
  • Producing regular reports with sales statistics for individual accounts and the team.
  • Working closely to support the Business Development team with all administrative tasks
  • Maintain client database/CRM
  • Gathering, qualifying customer enquiries to enable them to be passed to appropriate the account manager.
  • Creating and maintaining Excel databases & schedules
  • Adhoc duties as required to suit the need of the business.

Experience/Skills:


  • Numeracy & problemsolving skills:
  • Able to work with complex data sets and investigate issues with the data/processes to resolve
  • Attention to detail: able to proactively spot potential errors to ensure processes are delivered right first time.
  • Collaboration & Communication: a team player able to flow to the work within the Sales Support team and also collaborate with other teams.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
  • Prior experience of working in a similar role would be beneficial.
