    Your role

    In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

    Required:


    • Experience in B2B Commerce Lex (B2B Commerce Cloud with Lightning LWC) – 2-3 years of Consulting and Implementation experience in this space


    • Strong Domain and Product knowledge on B2B Commerce


    • Experience in Sales/Integration using RESTFUL APIs, Apex, Triggers


    • Experience on Salesforce Experience Cloud


    • Functional knowledge on the Sales Cloud, and B2B Commerce business processes


    • Good Customer interfacing and Communication skills


    • Ability to attend and understand Requirement Workshops with the customer and provide SFDC solutions on Commerce


    • This role requires to have a strong strategy and consulting background and is supposed to work with business, IT leadership and even Salesforce in product strategy, road mapping and benchmarking exercise

    Preferred (Good-to-have):


    • SFDC Service Cloud
