Position: Forklift Driver – Reach and Counterbalance Licenses
Location: Leamington Spa
Type: Full-time, Temporary
Rate of Pay: £14.12 an hour

Our client is currently seeking a FLT driver for their site based in Cubbington. If you possess a valid forklift license and have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting, we want to hear from you This is a temporary role.
You will need both a Reach and Counterbalance license for this role. This will be working day shifts between 8am and 5:30pm with early finishes on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials or products
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas efficiently
• Conduct thorough inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines for forklift operation

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance license/certification
• 2 years' experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
