Established Thames Valley Employment Law firm continues its expansion. The Firm acts for employers and executives across London and the Thames Valley region operating across a wide range of sectors which includes Education, Software & Retail.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Employment lawyer seeking better quality and broader remit of employment matters but also for someone who wants the flexibility to 100% WFH.

You will be required to:

• Provide specialist employment law advice to both employees and employers
• Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
• Have previous experience of acting on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High/County Court
• Provide advice to employers and employees on non-contentious employment matters including drafting employment contracts, terms, policies and procedures
