Our client, a London based consultancy is seeking a Braze engineer to join their team in London for a 3 month contract opportunity (outside IR35) What will your daily life look like?Design, deliver and document repeatable, flexible and efficient campaign solutions within the Braze platform.

Lead on monitoring the deliverability of CRM communications across MSMG.Own the reporting process, ensuring the business is frequently updated on performance and issues.

Provide insight and troubleshoot, ensuring incidents are identified early, actioned and resolved in a timely fashion.
Work closely with the commercial managers, product owners and other stakeholders, building relationships throughout the business.
Support downstream teams in providing necessary reporting and analytics.
Create and interpret automated reporting within Braze and Google Cloud Platform.

What do we need from you?Experience using one of the major CRM solutions (ideally Braze)SQL knowledge used to build reports and support with data processesUnderstanding of CRM metrics and KPIs.

Strong email deliverability and monitoring knowledge.
Knowledge of email and messaging best practice.
Good understanding of data flows and data infrastructure, including the ability to work with data arrays.
