RugbySalary from £25000 plus un-capped commissionResponsibilities * Arranging and conducting property market appraisals & valuations * Building and nurturing client relationships * Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face * Generating future opportunities * Arranging & accompanying property viewings * Negotiating offers * Liaising with Sellers & Buyers * Providing a first-class service to clients * Contributing to the growth and success of the agency * Competitive basic salary with uncapped commissionSkills required * Previous Estate Agency experience or sales experience * Ability to work under own initiative and highly driven environments * Sound local knowledge is an advantage * Thrives in a team environment * Comfortable using social media and IT literate * Hardworking/reliable * A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle * Attention to detail * Excellent time-management * Must be of smart appearance
