    The Finance Business Partner will provide financial analysis and detailed reporting to support the Sales Director and wider business.

    The analysis will be required to facilitate quick decision making and grow a pivotal part of the business.
    Leadership of financial reporting support to the business areas within your span of control.
    Building strong relationships across various areas to influence and support where necessary.

    Integral part to play in providing key management and business intelligence data to the divisional management sales staff and leadership team.

    Oversight of all "risk vs reward" decisions relating to divisional product offerings to customers.
    Facilitating decision making by providing key analysis on operational data.
    Providing financial insight to rest of finance team to aid weekly and monthly forecasting, budgets and 3-year plans.
    Other ad hoc duties as required.
    CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified.
    Ideally 2 years post qualification experience in industry however would consider newly qualified if relevant experience.
    Experienced in manipulating and presenting large complex data sets.
    Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
    Persuasive and influential across the business.
