    Fitfactory Technology is a leading provider of technological solutions to manufacturing businesses, specialising in MRP software Tricorn, and supporting applications. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless implementations, we are seeking a dynamic ERP Consultant to join our professional services team. This role will involve supporting software demonstrations, implementing solutions, and providing hands-on training to our valued customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of customer onboarding and product delivery within a structured project environment.
    • Foster strong client relationships from inception, maintaining clear communication channels throughout engagements.
    • Facilitate seamless handover of clients to our support department post-implementation.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in Fitfactory's implementation processes, ensuring timely project delivery to highly satisfied customers.
    • Adhere to standardised operating procedures for successful software implementations.
    • Develop and manage customised project plans tailored to individual client needs.
    • Collaborate with the implementation manager to provide insights for sales and marketing teams.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Fitfactory products and industry best practices.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Fitfactory products.
    • Provide confident training and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential business risks.
    • Document lessons learned to drive continuous service improvements.
    • Undertake ad hoc implementation team activities as required.
