Job Description
This is a superb opportunity to join an established Top Tier law firm, due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Casualty department, it is now seeking to appoint a talented lawyer to manage a caseload of litigated EL / PL cases.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigated cases, from initial contact to settlement / trial valued to £100,000.
You will be responsible for investigating indemnity, liability, reviewing medical evidence and records, instructing counsel, considering quantum and making offers of settlement.
