    SRM Recruitment are supporting a diversified global real estate business to recruit an FP&A Manager into its London HQ. This role is targeted at an ACA / CA qualified accountant with commercial experience outside of the practice environment. This is an excellent position in an organisation that are considered to be a market leader in their space in real estate.

    As an FP&A Manager within our client's team, the key responsibility of the role will be managing the budget and re-forecast processes across FP&A.

    You'll also be developing tools and analysis to provide additional insight into current and anticipated future performance, and partnering with the asset management, development and investment teams to communicate and deepen understanding of performance. The role involves significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Financial planning – Lead the delivery of the budget and five-year planning process on behalf of the business, as well as quarterly re forecasting, including:
    • Planning and timetabling
    • Work with local teams to drive review and challenge of operational assumptions, providing analysis to support country level review
    • Own and coordinate all corporate aspects of the corporate model, including AUM, Tax, Distributions, Capital Structure, Liquidity and Interest
    • Perform in-depth analysis of plans to identify areas of potential risk and opportunity
    • Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive common understanding of anticipated future performance
    • Own the production of materials to drive focused review of plans at regional and executive level
    • Prepare budget pack and supplementary analysis for executive and shareholder review
    • Address queries from shareholders

    Business analysis:

    • Development of new analysis and tools to deliver commercial insight to stakeholders
    • Combine new and existing data / information and share actionable insights to enhance performance
    • Interaction with on-going projects including use of Power BI
    • Drive the delivery of improvements to processes and systems (Anaplan, Power BI, Horizon)

    Salary £75,000 - £85,000 + excellent discretionary bonus + benefits

    Our client is Central London located and offers a three days working in the office (hybrid) working pattern
