    About You

    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Charter Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing and coordinating sales bookings, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

    Working Hours

    Hours to be scheduled over three days, one of which is a Friday. This role will include occasional evening/weekend work – any hours worked will be owed in lieu.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Organising the specifics of charters to ensure the client's needs are met, including liaising with internal stakeholders/external suppliers for catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
    • Ensuring contracts are signed by the client, deposits are paid on time and final invoices are sent to the client with full payment received before the event goes ahead.
    • Identify, qualify and process potential clients interested in private charters through research, networking, and outreach efforts, as well as at occasional Events and Shows.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding needs, answering inquiries promptly, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure charter bookings, working together as a team to reach targets while meeting client expectations.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the event industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients.
    • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
    • Experienced user of traditional office software and experience using CRM systems.
