    A well-established, full service, Top 100 law firm with a National presence is seeking to bolster its Corporate Team in Exeter through adding a talented 3PQE (+) Corporate Associate.

    The firm is renowned for its commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach and significant growth has been enjoyed over recent years which is set to ramp-up further in 2024.

    The Opportunity:

    This is an opening for a Corporate Solicitor to offer key support and - at times, lead on a wide range of high quality work with a client scope of institutional investors, banks, management teams, investee and portfolio companies. You will become well versed on the full life cycle of private equity transactions.

    In this role, you will be offered scope and autonomy in good measure with senior level support available when needed.

    Your ability to build trusting relationships with your clients, ensuring empathy of their challenges will open lots of opportunities to develop business.

    You will have the chance to work in close proximity to some of the finest Corporate lawyers within the regions - a development opportunity that will inevitably elevate your career.

    What's needed to be considered?

    • Be a qualified Corporate Solicitor of 3PQE (+)
    • Some working knowledge of Private Equity is desirable
    • Experience of working with Entrepreneurial Private Companies is desirable
    • Experience of working with large corporates and investment portfolios is desirable
    • A client centric approach
    • A flair for business development
    • Strong work ethic

    Salary

    £63,000 - £67,000 dependant on experience
