This noteworthy opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor or chartered legal executive in this well-run, collegiate and boutique law firm based in Tiverton, Devon.

The residential conveyancing team has continued to grow organically across its offices, building talent from within its ranks.

They are now searching for an additional residential property solicitor or CILEx to join their expanding team of highly skilled andrespected lawyers.

In this role you will benefit from a mixed and varied caseload, ranging from but not limited to sales and purchases in freehold, leasehold and new build properties + remortgage and equity transactions.

This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally have at least 2 years PQE, with a track record of handling your own conveyancing case load and providing outstanding client care.
