The role


The Senior ECommerce Executive is responsible for the delivery of the conversion rate optimisation testing strategy, as well as the implementation of key trading campaigns and initiatives connected to fly cruising for P&O Cruises.


  • Manage all digital campaigns to ensure content displays correctly and aligns with the objectives around fly cruising
  • Lead and implement the conversion rate optimisation strategy for the P&O Cruises brand website through coordination with the CRO agency.
  • Champion the implementation of conversion driving functionality online (e.g. new campaign mechanics and special offers) as well as challenge the Digital Development team to attain more out of the Adobe platform.
  • Lead Trading discussions with demand driving channels as well as Revenue Management to ensure the Digital Channel is best supporting sales in both a tactical and strategic arena.


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

  • Experience of working with a CMS to create web pages
  • Be an analytical thinker and have the ability to review data
  • Project management experience
  • Be an effective communicator, both verbally and written
  • Experience in ecommerce and merchandising products
