Exciting opportunity is available for an individual with experience in Technical/Quality management within the food manufacturing sector. The company operates globally, manufacturing one line of products in-house and exporting them internationally.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager on-site and involves leading a team of three individuals. The primary objective is to oversee and coordinate the ongoing technical integrity of all processes and products, ensuring adherence to the Company's Quality Management System for internally manufactured and externally sourced items.

Key responsibilities of the Technical Manager include:

• Establishing and maintaining the on-site quality management system to continuously uphold BRC/GFSI accreditation.
• Collaborating with various food standard bodies such as BRC, Halal, Soil Association, FSA, EHO, and international regulatory bodies.
• Providing leadership, motivation, and development opportunities for the quality team.
• As the HACCP team leader, I oversee the site's HACCP system for both in-house manufactured products and those procured from third-party suppliers.
• Managing the Specifications team to ensure the timely and lawful development of new product launches.
