Business Change Specialist Alexander Ash Consulting are working with a global consultancy who are looking for key change professionals to work onsite with one of their key Banking clients.

They are looking for Change Managers to join their growing team on a contractual basis. This will be an initial six month engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management efforts for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
Engage and empower stakeholders at all levels to embrace change and actively participate in transformation initiatives.
Identify potential risks and barriers to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.

Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders.

Skills Required:
Change Management experience within Financial Services/Banking.
Proven ability to manage and work with senior stakeholders
Domain Expertise (ideal): Candidates should possess an understanding of banking operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
