Visual Manual Inspector
Location Lymington

Excellent rates of pay

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 6:45am to 15:30pm


Visual Manual Inspector Responsibilities:

Visual inspection of mechanical parts and assemblies

  • Use of visual inspection equipment
  • The use of general measuring equipment.
  • Other administration duties relevant to the Quality Department
  • Thread Checking
  • Review incoming Vendor Certifications & Specification requirements
  • Learning calibration processes
  • Willing to carry out a variety of duties
  • Motivated and a selfstarter able to work on own initiative
  • Able to work in a team environment or alone
Work to a high standard of accuracy

  • An organised and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to effectively manage time to ensure activities are completed within deadlines
  • Liaise confidently with employees at all levels

Visual Manual Inspector Requirements:

Good Level of education to undertake the role, Previous experience in a similar role, Work to a high standard of accuracy & Understanding of drawing tolerances & specifications

This includes numerous multi axis CNC Machines with turning and milling capability up to 4 meters in length and Flexible Manufacturing Systemscapable of working unmanned to produce components to close tolerances 24 hours per day.
