Your role involves organizing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality of items, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and distributing received goods across property to operational outlets and workspaces as required.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient logistics operations. You will maintain clear records, handle documentation, and assist in managing inventory levels. Take satisfaction in maintaining organized inventory systems, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate records of received and dispatched items.
Enjoy checking orders, inspecting items for quality and quantity, and ensuring that shipments match the provided documentation.
Enjoy clear communication and cooperation to maintain smooth shipping and receiving processes.
Valid Class 5 Nova Scotia Driver's License is required.
High school diploma and/or experience in a related field preferred.
Experience with information systems and inventory management an asset
