We are an independent nurse-led provider working in partnership with the NHS to deliver the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment.
The Junior Charge Nurse is responsible for co leading a team of nurses and support staff to deliver a high standard of individualised patient-focused care, and coordinating clinical, administrative and operational activities.
The Junior Charge Nurse will be integral for promoting a "Community First, Company Second" culture, leading the way and creating a great place to work for teammates.
Overall leadership and operations management of the clinicImplementing new processes to drive quality improvements initiative through the clinic
Develop positive relationships with patients and handling any complaints that may arise
Ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical, governance and regulatory systems and policies including KLoE
Exceptional organisation skills to manage an array of different tasks associated with running a clinic
Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care
Salary depending upon experience

~35 days' paid leave per annum, including bank holidays
~ Monday to Saturday working pattern
~ Day shifts only
