We are a global leader in securities finance technologies with offices in major financial centres around the world, including New York, London, and Hong Kong as well as Tokyo, Boston, Dublin, Toronto, Pune and Chandigarh - a global company for global products.


EquiLend was formed in 2002 when a group of 10 global financial institutions joined together with a common goal of optimizing efficiency in the securities finance industry through global platforms for trading and post-trade services.

Then in 2021, EquiLend acquired a majority stake in Stonewain (an EquiLend company) which enables securities finance market participants to manage their book of business on a single, comprehensive and integrated platform.


We now have a host of products such as EquiLend Spire, Next Generation Trading (NGT), Post Trade Solutions, DataLend and Securities Finance Trading Regulation which help to automate and bring efficiencies to our financial clients worldwide.


Team Overview

The Talent Acquisition team at EquiLend is growing and we are looking for a mid-level professional with in house experience to join us as we expand to support our hiring teams globally.


We work closely with the wider HR team across the globe, sharing key updates and collaborating to improve processes and hire the best talent for EquiLend and Stonewain (an EquiLend company).

What will I be doing?

  • Hiring top talent globally for EquiLend's business and technical teams through a variety of sources (such as direct applicants and sourcing)
  • Understand current processes and use data to identify areas of improvement
  • Be an SME on recruitment processes and best practices and help to onboard hiring teams into global processes
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Build excellent relationships with stakeholders of all levels with the ability to persuade to move towards a common goal and build consensus
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to align and improve recruitment efforts
  • Be adaptable to support recruitment globally and across different domains (business and tech)
  • Keep our ATS up to date with accurate and informative data
  • Report on key metrics to the Head of Talent Acquisition, HR and business management

What skills do I need?

  • 3+ years' experience working internally as a Talent Partner with experience hiring technical professionals (software engineers, QA etc)
  • Experience with sourcing top talent using a variety of sources (such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc) as well as managing direct applicants
  • Excellent communication with the ability to build stakeholder relationships across all levels in a global company
  • You are data driven and have demonstrable experience of using data to provide insights and improvement areas, with a focus on attention to detail at all times
  • You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
