REED Hospitality are currently recruiting for a permanent Night shift Industrial Cleaner. This is a Monday to Friday with hours 9:30pm-5am, the position has a great pay rate of £11.75 an hour plus over time
The position is based in Bellshill and within the FMCG industry.

A minimum of 2 years warehouse cleaning/ hygiene operative experience is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

That adequate cleaning is carried out in all areas of the factory.
To distribute the correct concentration of cleaning chemicals.
That cleaning of the facilities as directed by the cleaning schedule.
That correct cleaning instruction cards are being used and methodology followed.
To assist the hygiene supervisor swab all equipment as per monthly environmental swabbing rota.
To maintain accurate records of all cleaning activities carried out on hygiene shift.
All equipment is protected from potential damage during the cleaning process.
All equipment is set up correctly following the cleaning process.
To be aware of the Society's regulations in respect of dress and personal hygiene within production areas and ensure compliance.
To accept the Society's commitment to formal hygiene training for all employees as detailed within the Food Safety Act 1990.
To undertake training as instructed within Company's training plan to develop skills applicable to specific functions.
To be familiar with the society's Health and Safety Policy and have a diligent approach to such matters within the production areas.
To accept employee's requirements under COSHH Regulations and to ensure all appropriate safety precautions are followed when operation machinery.
To have knowledge of the Company's organisational structure and recognise the roles within it.
To be familiar with and supervise compliance in Good Manufacturing Practices in relation to the Food Industry i.e. 'clean as you go' and 'good housekeeping'.
