Senior Corporate Associate

We are currently seeking a Mid/Senior level Corporate Associate to join our clients dynamic and rapidly expanding International Corporate Group in London. This exciting opportunity offers a broad corporate role with a specific emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) You will have the chance to work on high-profile transactions and collaborate with leading industry professionals. Salary is dependent on level of PQE and experience.

Requirements

• Excellent academics, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level.
• Qualified lawyer, with experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
• A proactive approach and aptitude for supporting business development initiatives, including the growth and maintenance of client relationships, and the identification of new business opportunities.
• A strong client focus and a real team player, with the willingness to contribute to the group'soverall performance and effectiveness.
• Technically excellent.
