    Part Time Wellbeing and Inclusion Assistant

    Roman Ridge, Sheffield

    £11.90 per hour effective from 1 April 2024

    9 hours per week

    Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Wellbeing and Inclusion Assistant at Roman Ridge, Sheffield.

    The role of Wellbeing and Inclusion Assistant will include:

    • Providing front of house reception duties
    • Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities
    • Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential
    • Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community
    • Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained

    Skills and experiences:

    • Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities
    • Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable
    • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
    • Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
    • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
    • NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
    • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
