This is your chance to join a large public sector organisation in a role that could lead you into new opportunities whilst working both remotely and in modern offices in Colwyn Bay Put your administration and customer service skills to great use, helping both the service and members of the public providing a positive Telecare Service experience from beginning to end.

In the Admin & Finance Officer job, you will be:

  • Receiving, recording, signposting and prioritising all enquiries and referrals made to the service
  • Following installation process from initial phone call to completion, ensuring accounts are terminated in a timely manner
  • Completing administration tasks; inputting and maintaining records, raising and cancelling invoices, processing referrals, and producing reports
  • Handling queries from members of the public, and liaising with appropriate agencies / sources in order to provide excellent customer service and a positive Telecare Service experience
To be considered for the Administrative Assistant role you must have:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Strong communication, organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Bilingual language ability in Welsh and English (due to the nature of the role)
  • IT skills, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to adapt to change, new challenges and needs of the service


This is a full-time vacancy working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday for a temporary period of approximately 12 weeks on a salary of £10.00 per hour plus holiday accrual.

The role will be working from offices in Colwyn Bay and also remotely too.
