    COMMERCIAL TEAM ADMINISTRATOR - CITY OF LONDON

    GKR International has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Commercial Team Administrator. Our client is a reputable private property company with a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.

    They are looking for an Administrator with commercial real estate experience to join their close-knit team at their offices in the City of London.

    As a Commercial Team Administrator you will be working closely in a team of three supporting two Directors with the day-to-day commercial property administration, some PA duties, and assisting with the smooth running of the office.

    Contract: Full Time | Permanent

    Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

    Location: At their offices in the City of London.

    Start Date: May - June 2024. Must be available to interview the last week of March/ first week of April.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Dealing with tenant enquiries and liaising with our facilities manager and contractors
    • Maintaining property databases
    • Raising tenant invoices
    • Approving invoices and liaising with accounts
    • Chasing arrears
    • Coordinate site visits and access for contractors
    • Look after service charge account queries and lease enquiries
    • Overseeing Health & Safety compliance
    • Monitoring tenant starting & leaving site procedures.
    • Personal Assistant support to both directors – managing diaries, booking appointments, arranging travel, and preparing agendas for meetings and reports.
    • Managing the concierge team, including wages, work schedules & holidays.
    • Managing cleaners & ordering cleaning supplies across the portfolio
    • Replenishing office stationery and supplies.
    • Liaising with IT and phone suppliers.
    • Answering the phone and taking messages.

    Skills required:

    • 5 years + of experience working in a similar administrative role within commercial real estate.
    • Excellent administrative skills.
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
    • Be able to Demonstrate a track record of being highly organised and able to work autonomously.
    • Proficient in MS Office including excel, word and Outlook
    • Professional manner when dealing with tenants
    • Friendly, welcoming and approachable
    • Excellent attention to detail and able to multi-task.
    • Helpful, flexible and proactive.
    • IT literate.

    Please note this position is based in the office and doesn't offer hybrid or remote working.
