Reporting directly into a Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be preparing financial statements. You will be working alongside the finance team along with the wider property team in a fast-paced environment.


Main Responsibilities:
Prepare year end accounts before they are forwarded on to the auditors and tax advisors. Manage year end accounting process, liaising with other in-house accountants and external advisors. Prepare financial statements for filing to Companies House. Prepare and review UK/ROI Vat Returns/ RTD. Liaise and work with other team members. Any other duties as required by management.


Education / Experience:
Hold a current ACCA/ ICAI qualification or are partly qualified. Ability to work well using initiative, problem solving when required. Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team. Ability to demonstrate commitment, hard-work, enthusiasm and flexibility. IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys new challenges. Experience with Sage Accounts Production and Sage Accounts Productions Advanced would be an advantage, however not essential. Candidates should have the appropriate work permit or the right to work in the UK.
