CVM World are one of the UKs leading van conversion specialists. You'll be joining us to help achieve our ambitious growth strategy. As a Trainee Coach Builder you'll become familiar with the manufacture of our Minibus, Welfare, Camper and Bespoke vehicle ranges continue to increase their market share.

Your Role: You don't require any previous experience
It would be helpful to have some DIY skills and understanding of the safe operation of some tools.
As a trainee coach builder, you'll be partnered with an experienced & skilled member of our team.
Your training will provide the necessary knowledge and expertise to build our range of vehicles in the Minibus, Welfare and Camper markets.
We're looking for an individual who is foremost enthusiastic and has a willingness to learn. You'll be cooperative, flexible, conscientious, tenacious and efficient with a good level of practical skill. On the job training will be provided, until you are confident in building our full range of specialist vehicle conversions.
Your development will involve becoming competent in:
·Cutting windows in the sides of vehicles
·First fixing wiring for interior lights and other electrical components
·Cutting out roof light openings
·Laying flooring in the rear of the vans
·Insulating the inside of the vehicles prior to paneling/trimming
·Fitting windows
·Trimming the interior of vehicles and fitting seats
·Fitting leisure batteries
·Wiring electrical components including inverters
·Fitting sinks, toilets and heaters to the inside of vehicles
