    Business Development Manager (HVACR)

    Fulltime/permanent

    Hybrid – Field Based

    Salary up to £60k + OTE and vehicle with fuel card

    LAB are working with an amazing forward thinking and well-established company that has seen great growth and gone from strength to strength. They are currently looking to hire a newly created position for a Business Development Manager, who will have a proven track record in selling into HVACR Blue Chip clients.

    You will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with clients, with a focus on selling HVACR services.


    Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager (HVACR):

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
    • Conduct site visits to assess clients' needs and provide recommendations on HVACR services.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensure all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
    • Events, dinners and social outings to network and promote the company's services.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions, ensuring that all paperwork is up to date and filed correctly.

    MUST HAVE:

    • Ideally 5 years of experience as a (HVACR) Business Development Manager, with a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
    • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of HVACR systems and equipment.
    • Driving Licence
