Holidays Manager - London, United Kingdom - Language Services Direct
Description
Job description We are one of the UK's leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.
We are looking for a Course Manager to act as a key point of contact for course administrative queries, performing all administrative tasks involved in course management and accurate processing of course administration data.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, learners, and teachersusing this data to report to stakeholders on investment, course progress and student feedback
Being involved in project work, including (but not limited to) product development and teacher recruitment
Strong Excel skills and very comfortable with technology
Strong data entry and verification skills
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office in central London, and 2-3 days per week from home (usually alternating on a fortnightly pattern).
The role may require occasional travel to meet clients.Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8.
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays, rising to 22 days after 1 year in role and 25 days after 3 years
