Rate:
£12.22ph PAYE
Contract Length: 6 months initially (possibility of extension)
Working hours:
Standard office hours Monday - Friday

They are looking for a number of Client Service Administrators to join the team on an initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Places telephone trades in accordance with instructions received.
- Investigates errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
- Responds to questions about shareholder accounts and provides more advanced technical assistance. Responses are fast, efficient and accurate.
- Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures and responds to shareholder once issue resolved.
- Reviews daily open items to ensure proper followup and closure.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
- Experience in contact centre or client service.
- Good communication skills and team player
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate a cando attitude
- Willingness to learn
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
