    Location: This role could be based in either our Telford office with time spent working in the office and at home.

    ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group is recruiting a Customer Services Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team within the Customer Servicesfunction. The position is limited to Telford and to candidates that are due to TUPE to Diligenta on 1st July 2024.

    The Role

    This vacancy represents an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

    You will be responsible for the running and production of Customer Services Management Information, enabling the Operational Managers to monitor and track that strong customer outcomes are being delivered, and take any management action steps to rectify if this MI is not in line with tolerance/ agreed SLA's.

    We are seeking an analytical thinker with relevant reporting experience. Knowledge of Sequel is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, as well as great communication skills to escalate/communicate issues where necessary.
