Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator / Valuer required for one of Taunton's leading estate agents in the with superb (realistic) earning potential of over £40,000 pa for a valuer.

Our client, a successful and well-respected firm, have a fantastic opportunity for an estate agency negotiator to join the team in their Taunton office.

This is a very busy office, so they are looking for a polished, energetic and dynamic individual. Theywill consider people of all levels from a strong trainee with sales experience to an experienced valuer.

You will already have an excellent track record in sales (ideally property sales) and possibly carrying out market appraisals and be comfortable in dealing with a wide range of properties from £70,000 to £2,000,000.

You must be of smart appearance, polishedand be a real team player always ready to step in when needed as well as proactive and organised.

In return our client is offering a competitive salary of around £20,000 basic with a really healthy commission structure on top and OTE IRO £30-45,000.
