Search Consultancy, one of the UK's leading healthcare recruitment businesses, is currently looking for an exceptional Supported Living House Manager.

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be responsible for providing the highest quality of care andsupport to our client's Support Living Home based in the Horley area.

The service's support up to 6 adults with autism and learning disabilities, to live independently.

The aim of the service is to ensure all people are supported and are able to achieve their goals and aspirations and to encourage them to become independent bylearning new skills and enjoying activities.


As a Supported Living House Manager you will:

  • Provide aspiring, responsive, and flexible support services for people we support to enable them to achieve the maximum independence possible and achieve their goals.
  • Provide personalised care and support which is tailored to an individual's needs, preferences and aspirations to enable people to have a full and active life.
  • Lead, direct and support the work of the Service's staff.
  • Work within an agreed budget, maximising income and managing costs.
To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Evidence your experience of managing care service for people with learning disabilities
  • Proactively promote the service, and empower the full involvement of people we support and families, with strong input from relevant professionals
  • Have a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent, or demonstrate a willingness to work towards this


  • Monday

  • Friday 8am4pm (40 hours)
  • Have a full Driving License and willingness to drive organisation's vehicle(s)
