    As Head of Human Resources Business for Birmingham Children's Trust, you will lead the delivery of the workforce strategy for the Trust and be responsible for ensuring delivery of a high-quality HR Service to achieve the objectives of the Trust and drive high performance.

    You will be an experienced HR practitioner, with excellent communication, business partnering and employee relations skills. You will be able to build effective collaborative working relationships with a wide range of diverse stakeholders.
    You should have experience of leading a high performing HR service in other large, complex, and fast paced organisations. You will be equally comfortable with operational and strategic HR matters.

    You will lead by example both for the HR team and be a coach and advocate to managers on all HR matters across the Trust, have excellent organisational skills to manage and see through key projects in this fast-paced environment.
