You will be expected to compile and prepare accurate and detailed tenders for heating and plumbing packages on commercial, residential and industrial projects

Prepare detailed estimates for plumbing and heating projects

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to gather pricing information
• Analyse cost data to determine project feasibility and profitability
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Estimating software
