- Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory requirements, policies, and local planning frameworks to inform project strategies.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and other necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and communities to address concerns, obtain approvals, and foster positive relationships.
- Proven experience in town planning, ideally within the context of national infrastructure projects but not essential.
- Sound knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes within specified timeframes.
