We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer inquiries or escalate complex issues

Salary:
From £24,956.98 per year
