We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interaction
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer inquiries or escalate complex issues

Salary:
From £24,956.98 per year
