    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Transformation Communications Lead to join our Pershing EMEA team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in London and is hybrid.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
    • You will lead the internal and external communication for our Transformation programme
    • You will develop and deliver communications plans to support the many workstreams comprising the programme, including online content, client communications, newsletters, whitepapers, perspective papers, corporate videos, webinars etc.
    • You will highly contribute to the overall improvement of client experience throughout the transformation process
    • You will manage stakeholders engagement across all functions and locations
    • Represent the Client Comms at Steering Committees and other forums as necessary
    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • Strong writing, editing, proofreading
    • Layout and design
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills
    • Confident communicator
    • Excellent project management and time management skills
    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of work experience required
    • A number of years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred
    • Operational background/understanding is not mandatory but preferred
