An exciting new role is now available for a Customer Service Representative to join a long established company in North Shields.
This is a permanent role working office hours between Monday to Friday, Salary starting at £23,500 and rising to £26,500 after completion of 6 month training.
The Role:
This role is focused on a European region with a clearly defined list of customers assigned to each CSR. CSR's are expected to support the European Customer Service function in its entirety if and when needed.
The objective of the CSR role is to provide the highest level of customer service, defined by set performance objectives, whilst maximizing the companies financial performance.
The scope of this role covers the support of the Commercial teams (Sales and businessDevelopment) and the companies end customers.
The role of CSR manages the provision of total service to the customer working closely with other parts of the organisation to ensure the voice of the customer is represented to maximize the customer experience of company.
The CSR then follow's up on the claims journey through to final decision within the agreed service level target of 28 days.
The Person
This role requires.
Strong computer systems experience (preferably ERP and MS Excel) as well as exceptional focus on detail combined with the ability to quickly solve problems is required.
