    If retail or F&B project management and store delivery are your areas of specialism, we would like to introduce you to our worldwide recognised retail destination client, so you can take a key role at an iconic, brand led centre

    What will the role entail?

    • You will work with the facilities and construction teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high end new store fit outs across the centre
    • Manage the flow of project information between the tenant, leasing, design and centre management
    • Take a lead role in maintaining open and consistent communication with multiple brands tenants to ensure well delivered, fully co-ordinated projects
    • Ensure alll key milestones in the project delivery are achieved and documented including licences and agreed specifications
    • Ensure that all landlord obligations are discharged for each project

    What will make me successful in my application?

    • You will have experience of overseeing retail and/or F&B fit out projects on behalf of occupiers or investor/developer. Aspirational brand exposure would be advantageous.
    • You may have an architectural, engineering or construction background. We are open to exploring all.
    • A thorough understandng of the total life cycle of large scale fit outs and a high degree of competancy when identifying and dealing with Health & Safety and Environmental matters
    • Experience working with cross functional teams, contributing to the successful outcome of a collective objective whilst working with challenging deadlines
