£40,000 20% bonus


We are currently seeking for an SDR Team Leader for our client, a leading software development agency based in London, with over a decade of experience creating high-quality digital products for start ups and businesses worldwide.


As the SDR Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by leading and mentoring a team of talented Sales Development Representatives.

You'll be responsible for setting targets, developing strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to optimise team performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximise lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align SDR activities with overall sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and provide regular reporting to management on team performance and key insights.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of sales development processes and best practices, with a track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
